Upgrades
Increase Field of View and Accuracy with Camera Lenses
Ability to scan larger objects by increasing the field of view of the HDI 3D Scanner. The following lenses are available: 9mm, 16mm, 25mm.
Priority Technical Support Package
The priority technical support package includes:
- Priority Email Support: Priority email response rate is answered within 24 hours of receipt while standard email response rate can take up to 2-3 business days.
- One phone support session: Also includes one of our technical engineers logging into your computer via remote access to help you with setting up your 3D scanner or scanning an object.
- Free upgrades to 3D scanning software for one year: Users will get future versions of HDI 3D Scanner’s 3D scanning software without additional cost for one year. One time upgrade typically cost $500 to $1000 depending on your current version.
Additional Features
Achieve Color Scanning Capabilities with Color Machine Vision Cameras
Available for the HDI Advance and Advance SE, create color texture map using color machine vision cameras (color per vertex through PLY export and color UV map through OBJ export).
Accessories
Rotary Table System
Supports 360° scanning and automate the process of performing multiple scans of a single object and automatically aligns the scans to form a 360 model. System includes software, hardware, mounting plates and controller.
Dongle
Supports the use of the HDI 3D Scanner on multiple computers.
