Upgrade
Extended Technical Support
The FlexScan3D Development Kit includes one year of development technical support and free FlexScan3D upgrades. We also offer extended technical support up to three years. The extended package includes:
- Priority Email Support: Priority email response rate is answered within 24 hours of receipt while standard email response rate can take up to 2-3 business days.
- Three phone support session: Also includes one of our technical engineers logging into your computer via remote access to help you with setting up your 3D scanner or scanning an object.
- Free upgrades to FlexScan3D Software: Users will get future versions of FlexScan3D without additional cost. A one time upgrade to FlexScan3D typically cost $500 to $1000 depending on your current version.
Additional Features
Achieve Color Scanning Capabilities with Color Cameras
Users can achieve color texture map with this upgrade (color per vertex through PLY export and color UV map through OBJ export).
Accessories
Rotary Table System
Automate the process of performing multiple scans of a single object and automatically aligns and merges the scans to form a 360° model. Reduce scanning processing time. Rotary Table System is compatible only to 3D3 Solutions 3D Scanners. Includes software, hardware, mounting plates and controller.
Dongle
Supports the use of the 3D scanner on multiple computers.
