FlexScan3D is a powerful solution for advanced 3D scanning while being one of the most cost-effective scanning systems available in the market. It is a fully customizable 3D scanning system that is versatile across many applications including industrial measurement, reverse engineering, face and body scanning.
With FlexScan3D Software, all you need is the following off-the-shelf hardware components to create a 3D scanning system:
- 1 or 2 digital camera(s)
- presentation projector
- PC
How FlexScan3D scanning works:
- To create an accurate digital model, a series of reference patterns is projected onto the subject using a presentation projector.
- The scene is captured using camera(s).
- FlexScan3D’s triangulation engine processes the images and measures the subject.
- A 3D model is created in seconds. Automated 3D capture drastically reduces the time and cost in capturing complex physical measurements.
