Error message during calibration

Hi All,

I have installed the FlexScan correctly, the program works, but
every time when I try to do calibration I get the message with the error regarding missing mllapack.dll file.

Can somebody help me?

Did you install the full version or the upgraded version? Did you also get the error when you click on the calibration button?

Yes, it is the full version.
I get the error message when I click on the calibration button.
Also, I check the MATLAB folder and I can see the "missing" file.

Hi Gregory,

Can you make a copy of the project and scanner folder on your desktop or somewhere safe and re-install the software. Try that and let me know if the error still occurs.

Hi Kai,
I did re-install the software couple times with the same result.
I think the software doesn't have correct path to MATLAB folder.
This is my home computer.I don't have dongle right now.

Hi Gregory,

The FlexScan3D license only permits one pc unless you purchase a dongle. Is your home pc the computer that is licensed to use the software? This might the cause of the error if that is the case.

1.Yes, I have dongle.
2. I reinstall the software again and it starts normal.
I have error message then I try to calibrate scanner.
3. Could you send me the missing mllapack.dll file, so I will paste it in matlab folder?

It looks like the MATLAB might not be installed correctly or have the correct version. We will post a solution as soon as we can.
